Here’s to hoping that you do get the much needed monsoon rains. I’m planning a Grand Canyon trip in August in hopes of catching some monsoon light, but those plans may change depending on what happens over the next few weeks.
This is a beautiful image. The color in the sky is wonderful and the mountains provide a nice anchor for the scene.

Thanks for your article on linear profiles. I use Capture One instead of Adobe Raw for processing and it comes with linear profiles for each supported camera. I regularly use them instead of the film profiles and have found similar latitude in the adjustment sliders. I also get better results to my eye…
