Dave: I especially like the comp on the first and like it even more flipped horizontally to take the flow left to right. The play of light and shadow is really nice as well. I boosted the whites some to give it a bit more life and pop without losing the texture of the snow. Back to you. >=))>
I agree with Bill that the first one is stronger flipped, but I would have toned down the snow’s texture to highlight the plant’s, but that’s just me. I also find them a bit dark on the whole. Snow is tough to get right, so maybe just mess with the curves slider to brighten it up. Keep them coming!
Thanks Bill and Kris. The flipped version is better. There wasn’ t much light but it did look good in the EVF.
