Beautiful, Sandy. The butterfly is very well rendered as are the flowers. Perfect depth of field for my taste.

I agree with Dennis. The slight lack of sharpness along the back of the butterfly doesn’t bother me at all, as we are drawn to the splash of bright brown, the eye and the antennae, as well as the beautiful flowers. I love the vertical crop too. If I were real fussy I might lighten the darker bit of BG in the TRC (or even crop down a bit along the top). But this is a real winner!

Beautiful butterfly shot, Sandy. Wonderfully crisp eye and flowers, almost looks 3D. Like details throughout.

Nice look at this BF, Sandy. Good details where they need to be, and a nice smooth BG to let the BF and flowers stand out. Well done. I like the portrait composition too.

Sandy, the color match between the BF and flower is striking. While the softer background lets the subjects stand out a bit more, the original background works well.

Sandy: Beautiful little critter superbly captured and rendered. I do prefer the smoother BG but both are excellent. :+1: :+1:>=))>
