A gorgeous flight shot with very nice wing position, Dan. The light on the head really brought out the iridescence.
Great job in bringing out the colors in the shoveler. Excellent detail and a nice background.
Wonderful sharpness and detail. The water (?) droplet under the tail seems to be at a strange angle – I would expect it to be blowing back a little.

Impressive flight shot. I think you could probably tone down the bright white plumage just in front of the closer wing. It seems to be missing some detail. But a feat in itself for getting the body and wing position and an amazing background. I like it!
