Only rarely will I spot a Pacific Loon along the Oregon Coast, so I was thrilled to see my first Pacific Loon in breeding plumage. I also like the water color and patterns.

Nice composition with superb water, patterns on the Loon, and head turn.

I love the composition and the water ripples, Allen. The loon looks a bit soft to me. It almost looks like the AF caught the reflection of the breast pattern rather than the breast itself. Still a fine image.
