Excellent environmental image. I really like the composition and the colors. These guys are fun to watch and fast on their feet.

That bit of sand on his beak really is a nice plus, I think, Allen. He was probably in search of food, and hadn’t had a chance to wipe his mouth! Nice low POV.

I really like the environment in this image, Allen. The background is mesmerizing. The Plover looks just a tiny bit soft to my eye, but certainly acceptable when viewed from a reasonable distance.
