Pink Peony

Its snowing here again! GRRR. So , another flower! D800, 60 mm nikor, 1/5 sec, ISO 400, f36, tripod, cable release, diffuser. This flower is from a plant in my garden that is a descendent of a plant that was given to me about 30 years ago.

Kathy: Wow, back to back homers. I love the soft colors and frame filling comp. Most excellent. >=))>

Lovely peony. Your choice of presenting it as a closeup enhances the petal structure and the delicate nature of the peony. Your submissions have been outstanding this week.

Beautifully composed, Kathy, with some wonderfully delicate colouring. I just find some of the whites a touch high but that may be my monitor.
