Great pose and the detail is superb, David. I’m not sure if it would have done any good, but I think f/8 might have given you a little more of the perch in focus and I think you still would have had sufficient shutter speed. Nice job on the exposure as well.
Another great shot, David. I love the more of a pano crop to go with the position of the bird and it’s perch. The details in his feathers are outstanding.
