Purple Martins Are Back

The first three of our Purple Martins arrived over the last couple of days (first male on April 5th, first 2 females on the 6th). This female seemed to know exactly what she wanted. I liked her preening pose on the porch of one of the gourds.

What technical feedback would you like if any?

Anything. I cloned out part of a clip that locks the gourd on the mounting rod that was right at the top after my crop.

What artistic feedback would you like if any?

Anything. Does the out of focus second gourd bother people?

Any pertinent technical details:

Dandy detail Dennis and nice that you were able to get the glint of the eye. Interesting that someone would even think of building gourd houses for them. The second gourd does not bother me. and may add to the context of the setting.
