The bold stripes really drew my eye to the image and it took me a moment to figure out what I was looking at. So unique and compelling. I love your use of auditory to describe the feeling it evoked for you. I prefer top-bottom balance of original comp and agree with Barb’s comments on the bump at the bottom.

Thank you Mario for helping me to understand the value of ‘story’ in a photo. Now that I have seen this image thru your interpretation (auditory rhythms) I think I get a bit more what story is in photography.
‘Story’ is one of the many things that before NPN I had no idea about with regards to photography.
