Description

Walking along a Texas beach, I had this curlew in my viewfinder, when a kid yelled from a parking lot . That startled the bird into a nice pose. Sorry he got scared, though…

I love the raised wings, Sandy. I didn’t realize they had that reddish tinge underneath. Very cool.

Hi Sandy, beautifully rendered plumage. A real treat to see. I could see adding more room on the left. Nice catch.

Great color, detail, and pose. I could see a bit more room on the left as well.

Nice work capturing the moment and getting the colorful underwing, Sandy. The curlew looks very sharp and techs look very good. Second others’ suggestion about a little more room on the left, if you have that option.

Hi Sandy
The clarity of this photograph is amazing. By the way everything in this photograph is cool.
