Image Description

This is a reflection in a pond. The tree on the left grabbed my attention. I framed shots of it in various ways. This one had a sort of tension that I liked.

I think the title fits well for this one, Don. The black and white treatment makes the background look like a stormy sky and all the branches streaming out in the same direction look like strong winds. Nicely seen and executed.

Thanks, Dennis. You see what grabbed me.

I’m glad you explained the reflection piece @Don_Peters as I thought the trees were really getting windblown. the way the water captures the reflection of the trees definitely invokes a strong sense of unrest with the weather. Black & White definitely makes this stand out.

Thanks for commenting, Todd. As you say, there’s a lot of unrest in this one.
