Image Description
One of my favorite ways to spend Easter is enjoying an early morning spent in nature with my camera, photographing soothing, idyllic landscapes close to home that capture the verdant green of springtime. A pre-dawn alarm to drive the back roads of the Sierra foothills was rewarded with a low lying fog that lent diffuseness over the landscape.

Beth: I love these old oaks. We have some giants in my part of Texas that always get my attention. The conditions you have here are marvelous and the subtle color palette of the reflections and the BG hills is wonderful. Well seen and nicely presented. >=))>

Beth, this is a lovely, warm and inviting view of this Oak and it’s surroundings. The touches of fog add well to the atmospherics.
