A couple years ago we had a significant rainfall event in the desert areas in So Cal. The entire Whitewater Canyon Reserve area was overgrown with bright yellow Brittle Brush. This photo was just shortly after sunrise and is one section of a bush located outside the reserve in the Whitewater Canyon.

Paul, the golden flowers stand out beautifully. This has that warm “everyone will enjoy” look that you see hanging in many offices.
