Description
Patience is a virtue that is in short supply in our age. Everyone wants instantaneous results. From instant fast food to instant photographs, no one can wait for results. However, in nature, things that happen in an instant; earthquakes, tornadoes, flash floods and tsunamis bring nothing but disaster in their wake. While those things that occur slowly bring incredible beauty with them, a blooming flower, a majestic redwood tree or a deep canyon do not just happen overnight. Over time, they slowly mature into objects of perfection born out of patience and perseverance. For those willing to endure the long wait, the reward is innumerable and very satisfying. Take the time to bring your works to fruition. It might take years or maybe even a lifetime, but in the end, nothing worth having ever came quickly.

Wonderful – also the thoughts! The tonalities work so well with the graceful flow of the falls, showing the variation from more graceful to more powerful. I love the area near the right where some sort of plants (?) have split the flow into small cascades.
It is so satisfying to bring older images out into the light. This print will bring much more than the obvious visual appeal to its owner.
Beautifully said Youssef! I couldn’t agree more. This has a nice range of tones and a I love the little bit of vegetation in the cascading water. I am sure your client will be very pleased with his print. Very nicely done.
Nicely said Youssef. You have some wonderful tones and textures in this piece of art. I love the dark rocks and shadows against the ultra smooth, softly flowing water. I hesitate to even suggest these thoughts. They are my impressions only. I would like to see just a tiny bit more of the rocks on the left side and along the top. The falls are long, and the top seems to be just a bit compressed. IMHO.
Wonderful Youssef; I love the moody mood this evokes. I normally don’t like that smooth of water or that dark of shadows, but I think they really add to the mood here. In addition the plants @Diane_Miller notes, I love the way the rocks softly reflect the light.
Youssef, Yes, how lovely your composition and image is. While I too like the tonality, I would burn the whitest part of the left fall. It looks blown out to me as is. In TK9, I used a lights 4 blend if mask it 10% opacity to make the slight burn. I also slightly burned the bottom. Wonderful intimate land / waterscape.
