The old mill

Took this image several years ago before dehaze was available. I took out a great deal of fog that was in the scene recently. If you look hard under the huge rock above the waterfall you can see more of the creek. It was raining so the rocks look good too and blend better.

Thoughts on composition. I took lots of views of the mill surrounded by the amazing foliage. I liked the framing here and the large rock in the left foreground pushes your eye back to the water.

Classic locations are classic for a reason, right? Some places just naturally have good compositions. I like the level of fog that you kept here, especially the way it looks in the background near the mill. My suggested tweak would be to darken the foreground, from the base of the falls to the bottom edge. I think doing that would play up the near/sharp vs. far/softer contrast in the image. It would also effectively add some vignetting that would place more attention on the falls and mill. The luminosity of the LLC in particular is bright enough that it pulls my eye away from the center of the image.
