This Way to Winter

Taken in late October, 2018 while hiking with the dogs above Thompson Pass, Alaska. It was a few days after a snowfall and there was no wind (unusual at those elevations) so the reflections in the ponds were amazing. The snow covered peaks fading off into the distance looked like an arrow pointing even further away (thus the title).

This is a really beautiful memerizing photo. I love the many different layers mirrored here that just pull you into the picture. Wonderful.
