As sunrise arrived, I noticed this Northern Harrier sitting on the speed limit sign in the local Wildlife Refuge. It sure looked like she was monitoring the speed limit…It was very foggy and I am surprised this turned out as well as it did…

Very cool, David. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Harrier perched on the signs before. Nicely caught and I love the title. I also like that you included the entire sign.
All she needs is a badge on her chest and a cap. Well conceived image, David. Is that snow on her head? Looks cold. I love this fun image.
