One of my favorite ways of shooting abstracts is by creating multiple exposures. This was shot at Oconoluftee overlook at GSMNP back in 2010 and I re-processed it for this challenge.

Jim, this is such a subtle image, but impactful once you look into it. Yes, I see the layering and it’s pretty incredible. There are so many layers, I wondered if it was real. Either way, it’s really a cool image and worthy entry to the Weekly Challenge.
Very cool idea and very well executed! I get pulled into the image by the lovely colors and and then discover the wonderful subtle layers . Very well done!
