Description

Wadi Rum, or the Valley of the Moon, is located in southern Jordan. I visited it as part of an extended trip to Israel, Jordan, and Egypt.

Barbara, this is very dramatic. I like the open feeling at the bottom and the strongly shaped rocks in the midground. The fading of the distant formation creates a good sense of depth and invites me to explore deeper… If this is a crop, a tiny bit more sky above that near formation would be good.

Thanks, @Mark_Seaver for your suggestion. A little bit of Generative fill took care of the problem.

This is a good one. I like the additional sky in the revision. I wonder about the purple color of the mountains in the distance but maybe they were like that.

Thanks @Don_Peters for your feedback. Yes, the purple color is what my camera captured. I did not do any editing that would change the color values in the mountains.
