Water Burn

I’d love some feedback on this pic/edit - the idea for the composition was to use the the v-shaped foreground to bring the eye into the frame and up to where the sun was rising

What technical feedback would you like if any?

What are your thoughts on the composition, colour etc? is there anything you’re able to see that you think would look better?

What artistic feedback would you like if any?

Anything

Great image with very nice punchy colors. My only nitpick is there isn’t enough contrast between the sky and the clouds. It would be nice to see the clouds pop a little more.

This is beautiful Dale! I’m surprised you haven’t received more comments. The foreground waves are dynamic and pull the eye into the scene. I also like your choice of shutter speed as it shows the right balance of detail and motion. The color palette in this image is very pleasing - especially the reflected light in the water. Nicely done!
