My final image for this week’s green theme. Not a critter, but a pair of rock cap fern fronds in fresh snow. While I do enjoy winter when it’s behaving itself, I crave green after a few months and so overwintering ferns are a treat.

Lr processed for white and black points, texture, clarity, sharpness & nr. A little white balance and color channel management as well, just to make the green sing.

Kris, the ferns stand out against all of that white snow. With all of the whiteness, this has the look of an illustration.
