Nice gecko shot (and the very close up of the other one submitted, too). Wonder if you were at a small but often visited restaurant in Kealakekua overlooking the bay?

Ka’awa Loa Lodge, also overlooking Kealakekua Bay. The geckos are quite cooperative.

A most enjoyable image. The juxtaposition of the wild creature and the jam jar, both in environment and color, works for me quite well.

This is cool, David. I love the color of the background and the expression is wonderful. I think it might work a little better if you cropped the left side to about half way between the legs. The out of focus hind leg and bit of tail are kind of distracting and tend to pull my eye out of the frame.
