Beautiful light, Allen. They call those sand fleas? I’m used to thinking of sand fleas as tiny insects jumping along the beach. Regardless, ther seem to be popular with Willets, I have a similar shot without the sweet light from Padre Island.

Great timing on this shot to get the outstretched leg. That definitely doesn’t look flea sized to me, haha! You also had some sweet light to work with. If this were mine, I’d like to see a little more room on the right, but that’s just personal preference.
