How to improve the fog

I like to say I would never get into drone photography…never that is, until I see an image like this! I love this! It could possibly use a little highlight reduction , maybe with a linear gradient starting at the top left and dragging halfway across the image. Maybe feather it out a lot to maintain the warmer light where the sun is, but not have it quite so bright? A little clarity in the fog might also bring out some of the details in the trees, but if you go too far, you loose the magic of the fog. Great image!
@Steve_Rosendahl Steve this is really cool. I could see a crop of the white layer on top and most of the dark water on the left of this one, just to focus more on the trees/foliage. Combined with @Paul_Holdorf Paul’s ideas could look great. Just easy does it.
Wow! This is super. An artistic vision. The subtle use of color and the shapes appearing and disappearing. This is a wonderful example of the power of ambiguity.
I agree – this is very nice!! I don’t think it needs anything but looks like you could play with the ideas above and have some fun.
