Description

this second from the bottom of a rowboat in the middle of a lake in California. These are two Western grebes flowing through their mating ritual which involves feeding fish to each other amongst other crazy antics. It is really fun to watch.

I wish that the grebe on the right was just as sharp as the one on the left. Overall, an excellent behavior shot that covers parts of the courtship of these birds. Comp is fine, BG pleasing and all I wish for is a bit more DOF. Other than that nit, I like what you were going after in this photo…Jim
