I dedicated most of my time from april until the new year on wildlife. Prior I had spent my time being a generalist which had helped with my wildlife to a point, but ultimately I had to focus specifically to make progress.

I’d say your decision to focus on wildlife has paid off with the excellent set of photographs presented.

This is a fine collection of images, Kristian. I’m specially attracted to the hippo’s eye and ear and chuckling about the Bighorn licking the stripe in the road.
As @kathrin said above, there is great humor in about half of these. They would make a fantastic project for a gallery show somewhere.
I particularly like the owl (the little bit of beak yellow in the swirl) and the leg rising from the water. Such great moments captured. Sometimes really focusing on one category really pays off, and I can see that here with your 2025 Showcase.
