Taken yesterday at my local pond with Dennis Plank and David Schoen as good company.
Boy y’all had a great day yesterday! Love this incoming flight pose angled toward us. Nice sharpness. I could see toning down or removing the bright blobs below the left wing. A minor nit is to back off the sharpening some on the bird - think I see some noise there. A fine image and Congrats!
Excellent and very clear. Superb lighting! The only thing I might do is slightly darken the blob reflection under the left wing. I would try to approximate the colors of the other out of focus white areas.
Great timing to pull this one off. I agree the shadow is unfortunate, but there’s only so much we can do 
Very nice detail and pose.
I’d suggest moving her off-center, and eliminating the bright white blobs.

Beautiful detail and the shadow doesn’t bother me. Maybe a bit more room to fly into.
