Okay, this may be a little gruesome but I posted a similar image to this one recently but it was not large enough to see the frog. So this is a larger crop, 14% of full frame.

Nice environmental, action, real life photo! It’s less gruesome than humans barbecuing burgers and throwing live lobsters into boiling water! 
A bit gruesome, indeed, David, but it does show the frog very nicely and the method in which the Bittern holds it. Well done.
Great close-up look at the bittern, including the legs. Good habitat/action shot. For me, this works better than the previous post of the bittern, though maybe a tad more room top and right.
I also prefer this image without the water in it. And it is hard enough to find a bittern never mind get one with some prey. Good for you.
