These are really interesting and fine shots David. Love the interaction you have captured in a good many of these images. Must have been great to witness. I like the centered composition in the images with two birds. Think maybe you can take the first one a bit off center (crop on right). The first image is posted rather small so I can’t tell if there is ghosting on the bird or not.
A fine series that does a great job showing how these birds relate to each other.
Nice series, David. Their body habitus certainly lends itself to some interesting poses and you captured. a number of them here. The fifth one is especially interesting.
A lovely series, David. Great interaction in the images with two birds. I would agree with Allen Sparks about maybe trimming a tad off the right in the first one, though with that super elongated body, the centered presentation feels pretty good. I do think I see a bit of a fringe below the neck and above the legs in that image.

Thanks for replying on this image. Yes you’re right there is a little bit of some fringe that shows on the bottom of the image. It was suggested that I put a one pixel extension around the image to help it blend in. But I guess it didn’t help you in your evaluation. I’ll redo it eventually and repost.
