I came across this scene while exploring a local conservation area. The most colorful areas a clustered around some larges ponds which yielded some excellent photos but I still appreciate this photo.

An older image taken on full frame dslr. 1/160s, f4, iso 400. 90mm on full frame. Shutter speed selected to freeze motion in the leaves.
Bryan: Beautiful scene indeed and I like your comp with the stump in the LLC. My only tiny nit is the OOF bunch of leaves in the LRC which pulls my eye a touch. Well seen and nicely captured. >=))>
Bryan, you’ve got an excellent collection of yellows and golds, with the stump making a good contrast. I could see some subtle burning of the brightest parts above and left of center, although as it stands that area makes a good eye magnet.
