Description

I put up a perch well away from the feeders for the bug-eaters and it seems to have attracted a different kind of feeding. Shot this morning; soft light is due to heavy fog.

Not much done for processing – NR in LR and a crop to about 50% as I was too excited to realize I wasn’t at full zoom.

Hi Diane, really nice behavioral catch! Love the interaction here also with the onlooker. Very nice DOF and the image quality looks good to me. Love the curvy perch going through the frame as well. Well done.

I love the behavior in this. So typical of youngsters! A beautiful background and nice perch for them to perform on. The fog did you a great service!

Oh! How lovely is this behavioral shot! The perch is wonderful and the background is great too! No nits here.

Hi Diane
The perch creates a natural framing to show off this family dynamic. The adult feeding is one part of the story, but the true nugget is junior in the upper right corner, taking in the show. Well done.
Peter

Thanks, @Allen_Sparks, @Dennis_Plank, @glennie and @Peter_Morrissey! I’m glad I noticed these guys.
