Description

More eagle photos from our Reelfoot Lake trip this past weekend. We had great luck on our impromptu ranger-led boat tour Friday afternoon. It only lasted an hour and a half but we spotted many eagles in that timeframe. I guess it helps when the ranger is a friend and member in your camera club.

Specific Feedback

Composition with the tree top on some of these shots.
I like the cloudy BG on some of these shots.
Any other thoughts?

Another fine set of eagle images, Allen. The detail and the whites are perfect for my taste. Nice poses, eye contact and wing positions in all four. It is handy to have a fellow photographer at the helm.

More fantastic shots!! It must have been very bright to get 1/4000th at ISO 800 with the limited aperture of a telephoto, but the light is so well-handled. Excellent work!
