Very nice job capturing the flare, Dave. We get so many of these in spring and early summer that it’s hard to pick one out of the horde. This worked well, though I do wish it hadn’t stuck it’s feet into the sunlight.

Pigeons are one of my favourite birds. You’ve captured such a great pose showing off his “bar-tail”.

The not so ideal perch detracts a little from the image. Maybe you could set up some nice branches for the bird to land on before he comes down for a drink.
