The eagles were coming in close to feed on the Spring herring run at the tide flats. If you just sat there patiently they would fly directly overhead on their way down. This one was right on top of me as the specs show!

And a youngster at that! Nice. The OOF adult is a nice environmental touch. Could you do anything to brighten the feet a bit more? That and the body? It might make the dark bird even more of a presence than it already is.
Wonderful scene with great detail on the bird, especially on the raised wing! Good idea from @Kris_Smith about bringing up the shadows on the bird. It should be an easy selection.
Gary, a great catch of the youngster, with an adult in the background. The setting of the mountains and blue sky add a good sense of location and weather to the view.
