Gary, those are cute, fuzzy little ones. Their colors and texture fit well with the oof surf. As a comment on the NPN software, I think in the small view that the chicks are right on the edge of being over sharpened, that goes away in the full view. That difference is something that I’ve noticed before, likely related to compession.

The focus on the chicks is perfect, Gary. If anything, I would suggest a small crop to eliminate the OOF boulder bottom left. Very nice.

They are just too cute, Gary. They seem to really be interested in what they can find and could care less about you and your camera.

Terrific nature image and capture of these little guys. I especially like the similarity of color and tone throughout. Also just a great nature story - these chicks in their environment.
