Excellent “birdscape.” You managed great depth; you didn’t mention your aperture.
I like the swell of water at the bottom and one gets the feeling you’re shooting from a boat or in the water, but I suspect you’re standing on solid sand… 
I’m just wondering if a further crop off the bottom would improve. I think the image is of course the birds, but also the distant rock formations and coast. Certainly as presented this is a somewhat unique perspective.
Looks to me like the horizon is slanted CW just slightly. Processing, color etc. look good.

I agree with Lon’s comments. To me, the image is more about the birds and the sea stacks. You might consider a more exaggerated pano crop.
The color and contrast look fine.
