Overall, I find the setting pleasing, though a bit busy, and I wish the branch above the bird wasn’t there.

I agree, Allen. A very nice setting for the Chickadee, but I’d go to the trouble of removing that out of focus branch if at all possible. I’d say this image makes the effort very worthwhile.

Allen, This is a nice catch - a sharp bird and interesting environment with the bright berries. Removing that branch wouldn’t be too difficult, and perhaps a slightly tighter crop as well.

I really like the subdued bright colors in this one Allen. Nice environment surrounding a nice subject. I’m not bothered by the OOF branch too much, but it would probably look a bit cleaner without it.

Hi Allen, very pretty setting with all the berries - the chickadee perched in a great spot and gave a nice pose. Another vote for removing the out of focus branch above the bird. Nice frame.
