I was glad to get this bird as it was rousing. I used my D500, Nikon 200-500 lens, Nikon 1.4 TC, hand held, 1/2000th, f 8…0, ISO 1800, 700mm, Sharpen AI, cropped to 2543 x 2984

Dave, you made this Brown-headed Cowbird appealing! I find that I chase them off from my little feeder that I have for the finches, as they are too large and dump a lot of the food, and they come in a flock as well. I will have to look at them a little differently. Love his feathers ruffled, and the colors that are showing in them.
