This is cool, Michael. Some great graphic lines in this carousel and the B&W treatment did a good job of bringing them out whereas the gaudy colors would have obscured them.

thanks Dennis, its not framed as well as I would like, I wanted to accent the white light bulbs with the B&W

I find this image to be too busy. It also overloads your senses with bright objects scattered around. It does have good graphic qualities with abrupt borders between dark and light. The composition needs work as well in that both the top and left feels cut off (as do the animals at the bottom). I’m sorry if all this feels harsh.

I agree absolutely with Dennis, Michael, on the conversion, and the lights work well for me, highlighting the patterns of the structure and allowing just a glimpse of the horses beneath.
