Don: Frame filling fantastic IMO. The BG is the perfect complement to the cactus and there is just enough rocky FG to serve as a good solid base. Nicely seen, composed, captured and presented. >=))>

Thanks for commenting, Bill. It’s busy but maybe not too busy.

Very nicely composed, Don. This had “Don” allover it in the thumbnail. I like the variety of colors in the branches forming the background. That green reminds me of the sort of surface algae that grows on trees up here (and cars, and everything else!).

Hi Don,
It is busy, but for my tastes, I think it very well organized. I find the soft subdued color palette to be very enjoyable and I quite like the graceful arching limbs of the BG bush and the way they spread out across the frame. I also think the FG cactus and rocks compliment that bush beautifully. This scene is understated, but I quite like it.

Dennis, Ed, thank you both.

I like the understated yellows and green colors and that background bush that seems to be enveloping the front cactus. I agree with @Bill_Fach about the foreground having just enough rocks and grasses to provide a nice base for the image to sit on. I don’t have any suggestions or ways to improve this one. Well seen.
