Cades Crow

All feedback welcomed: composition, processing, weather!?

All I did was crop it to 5x4, lightened up the crow a bit to focus on him (her?).

Nikon D7500, nikkor 70-200mm, f2.8 lens. shot at 200mm, f/6.3, 1/40sec, iso 640 (auto setting), hand-held. It was raining a good bit and I wanted to see what the lens would do. ! Thanks I appreciate everyones time and effort in helping.

That’s an excellent lens, Mike, and you can easily combine it with teleconverters to give it more reach. I like the look of the rain in the largest image . I’d be tempted to crop this down from the upper left, keeping the leading line of the fence, and putting the crow in the upper left 1/3 point. All the forest to the left doesn’t really add much to the image for my taste.

There’s some nice detail in the crow. I agree with Dennis, that if possible, a tighter crop with the fence as a leading line would work nicely.
