It was a very calm morning at the state park in Arizona with a wind forecast of up to 50mph gust in the afternoon.
We go there often and the snow on the mountains added to the scene. This viewpoint of the lake is the better overall view.

Dean, this is very pleasant, peaceful and inviting. However, this weeks challenge is for, “a photo that is entirely a reflection”. While I’m willing to let something with a tiny amount of non-reflection in, the landscape in this one is a major part of the view. Should I move this to Landsape?

This is indeed a lovely image. I like to call these “reflectionscapes”. 
You did well to minimize the bluebird sky and the ripples in the water make for a very nice reflection.
Processing looks good and natural. No nits or suggestions!
