A very cool pose, Allen. I like the way the egret stands out against the dark background. Since you don’t have a full reflection, I think you might want to look at taking some more off the bottom, maybe to just above the single white streak on the left.
Nice little dance and appealing wing positions, Allen. It’s good timing with the guy going after the nest material. Location looks familiar, but in keeping with discretions recently discussed, I’ll never tell 
Love the wing position and the action. Whites look great. I also like the dark BG. Dennis has a good suggestion about the comp. It also looks like you need a bit of CW rotation, and I see some noise in the wings.
