Cave Bear

Description

I’ve just returned from my latest Alaska tour, where we explored a more secluded area of Lake Clark National Park. We were fortunate to have the bears to ourselves all week long. While bear families occupied a lot of our attention, I really liked this moment from the final day of the trip. We couldn’t ask for a better setting for this resting bear, which we photographed from the deck of our boat.

Max, excellent scene here with the juxtaposition of the bear with the cave opening as a place for refuge. I’m sure if I look I have some 35mm bear images from Alaska back in the 60’s taken with Kodachrome too.
No thoughts for changes at all on this remote scene at Lake Clarke NP… :+1:

I just love the grand setting around the bear and the fact that color pallete is same for bear and the surroundings.

Cheers !
