Alan,

I don’t know if I would say it takes me there, but it definitely give me the impression of being in the thick of it. Also, it makes me feel like I need to tread very carefully through it as those palm leaves remind me of the Yucca’s of the high deserts of California that would stab your legs as you passed by it you were not careful. The high key treatment does convey a bright sunny day, os it does impart a sense of time and place.

Hi Alan,
To answer your question; yes it does take me there. I feel as though I am standing in the middle of; please excuse my ignorance; of whatever that vegetation is. All the while being very careful of where I step. I like the way you have arranged the elements in the scene as well as the high key look. My only suggestion would be to crop or remove those clouds that are cut off at the top of the frame. Very nicely done.

Hello Ed, I appreciate the comment. If only I could see those little distractions at time of processing. Thank you!

We all do it from time to time Alan. I have always found it helpful to have a second pair of eyes. That is what’s so great about NPN!
