I spent an afternoon during the height of the pandemic lockdown doing macro photography of Bird of Paradise in my backyard. I tried straight macro, ICM and some out of focus shots like this one. I like the contrasting colors and flow.

Hi Bill. Thanks for posting. A very colourful image. Based on the composition you have chosen I would make a couple of slight alterations. The top left-hand corner to me is a little overpowering with the vibrance of the yellow. I would tone this down a little and produce a tighter crop reducing the amount of yellow visible. On the bottom right you have a light out-of-focus band which I would try to remove by cropping above. I have tried this very roughly myself to see the appearance and in my opinion, looked better balanced! Just a thought!
