Pertinent technical details or techniques: not sure how I achieved this other than overexposed (unintentionally) and moved the camera. Made color and other changes in elements. Canon 7D II; 100/400 at 400; 1/13th; 1600 ISO; daylight setting; F 5.6; taken at 10PM.
