Excellent photo of this couple. Can I assume that as in bald eagles the smaller bird, with the red eyes is the male and the large with yellowish eyes is the female?

A very nice, detailed couples portrait, Jitin! The classic composition works great and I agree with others that both birds in focus is a big bonus.
Nice catch of this pair. Interesting how different their eyes are. The front bird looks a little soft to me and I’d run noise reduction on the background. Still a nice image well composed.
