I was looking for bees at the state park but they took the day off. So I came up to this one sitting for about a half a minute before he took off. I was handheld with my 90D Canon 100-400 plus the 1.4x extender so 560mm (non crop factor) I have no clue who this is, but a little big for a misquote.
Not a lot of color but it looks like the focus was good. I did crop the top and to the right some. The flower pedal was never completely there so I figured it was OK to cut out more of it

Dean, Iām not sure what it is either. I think I have seen something similar to this in our garden. You did a fine job catching this little guy. They are quite small, bigger than a mosquito, but still pretty small. Nice shot.
